This painting features spurge blossoms which I find fascinating mixed with prickly pear cactus. The neon green/yellow flowers are Euphorbia, or you may know it by its common name Spurge which blooms here in January and February. It is a type of succulent that belongs in the same family as poinsettias which is crazy! I’ve run across them intermingled with prickly pear pads on my dog walk, and intermingling of blooms makes me heart happy. I love the feel of English gardens with blossoms all intertwined but here in a desert setting.
Prints available at varied prices.
Cards available, $4 each or 3/$10, mix and match. Contact me at [email protected]
